The Essentia AlignX is a fully integrated incline performance sleep system, built for anyone who wants more from their adjustable base than a recline button. With up to 7 degrees of full-bed tilt and 7 inches of height adjustment, AlignX is designed specifically for incline sleeping, giving side and stomach sleepers a way to rest with the head elevated for better breathing, easier mornings, and a more restorative night.
This isn't recline layered onto a standard base. AlignX integrates incline positioning, height adjustability, and articulation into one seamless system, so every movement works together instead of fighting each other.

AlignX's Full Bed Tilt takes this further than standard head articulation by tilting the entire upper body as one, keeping your spine in a more natural line all night instead of folding at the waist.

When you purchase an adjustable foundation or base, you must also purchase In-Home Delivery for $299. You will receive a call to schedule a delivery day and time frame, and the team will set up your new adjustable for you. Should you also be purchasing a mattress in this order and want set up for that as well you will need to purchase additional In-Home Delivery.
No Sleep Trial
Returns of an adjustable foundation or base are only accepted in the event that the product is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. This is a final sale item.

Comes standard with 9" stackable, adjustable legs (range: 3"–9"). Max recommended leg height is 12".
