Pillow Dimensions
Essentia's latex pillows are offered in one size which is between a King and Queen size.
The Essentia Comfort Latex Pillow and Classic Beyond Latex Pillow both measure 28” L x 16” W x 7” H - Please note the height is based on the highest point of the pillow. The fill of these 3 pillows can also be shifted around inside to better suit your sleep style.
The Sofi Solid Latex Pillow measures 25” L x 16” W x 4.5” H - This is a molded latex pillow and as such is one set shape.
The Forma Foam Pillow measures 27” L x 16” W x 6” H - This is a molded latex pillow and as such is one set shape.
Are Pillows Returnable?
No, pillows are not returnable and are final sale. Given the personal nature of these items, returns are only accepted in the event that the product is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect.
Pillows do have 1 year warranty to protect your investment.
Certifications Explained
Essentia is a GOLS (Global Organic Latex Standard) 3.0 certified facility CU 847578, able to manufacture organic finished goods. Essentia’s supply chain has demonstrated that there are procedures in place to properly track and manage organic materials up to the point where they are shipped to the client. Essentia has demonstrated it has a system in place that will allow traceability and proper storage of all its GOLS components at all stages of production.
Each Essentia mattress and pillow is also GOLS certified and made with≥ 95% certified organic latex, the highest possible standard for organic latex, and is the main component of our patented Beyond Latex organic foam formulas.
Certification for organic fibers, the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is a leading textile processing standard. GOTS includes ecological and social criteria with independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. Essentia holds a GOTS 4.0 factory certification, ensuring that the entire supply chain has demonstrated proper practices to track and manage organic materials. All organic cotton used is also GOTS certified.
Proper Pillow Care
You can machine wash the GOTS certified organic cotton cover of your pillow in cold water and a mild detergent. Do not use bleach. You can then use the air dry setting of your dryer or hang it dry. Organic cotton is sensitive to heat and may shrink if exposed to high heat. Be sure the cover is fully dry before putting it back on your pillow.
You can spot clean the inner liner of the pillow with a damp cloth and allow to fully air dry.
Remember, Essentia's Beyond Latex organic foams are impervious to dust mites!
Please do not put your entire Essentia pillow in the washing machine.
