Jack is particularly passionate about the role of restorative sleep in disease recovery, prevention, longevity, and performance. His expertise has led him to work with some of the world’s top athletes, including those in the NBA, NFL, MLS, and over 25% of active NHL players, to optimize their recovery and performance through better sleep.
