Your ProCor DNA consultation involves a DNA saliva sample, a guided posture mapping session, and a full biometric intake covering your spinal profile, muscle patterns, stress load, sleep history, and lifestyle. This data determines the precise foam formulations, mineral compositions, and botanical blend that go into your mattress. The process is thorough because the result is permanent.
Why is the ProCor DNA a final sale?
Every ProCor DNA is built entirely to the biological and postural specifications of its sleeper. Foam density, layer sequencing, mineral integration, and botanical formulation are all configured uniquely. Because no two are alike, and because yours is made specifically for your body, it cannot be restocked or resold.
How does the 20-year warranty work?
Your Essentia mattress comes with a 20-year limited warranty, because we believe your investment in better sleep should be protected for the long haul. For the first 3 years, we have you fully covered. Should anything fall under the terms of the warranty, you will receive a complete replacement at no charge. After that, you have an additional 17 years of prorated coverage, meaning you always retain real credit toward your next Essentia upgrade. No matter where you are in the life of your mattress, your warranty still has value.
What foundation can I use with the ProCor DNA?
The ProCor DNA works on Essentia's NoFlex foundation or a Rize adjustable foundation. Slatted bases are compatible provided slats are completely flat, firm, and no more than 3 inches apart. A traditional box spring should not be used unless it has a firm, solid interior with no actual springs. An improper foundation may affect your warranty.
How long does it take to receive my ProCor DNA?
Because every ProCor DNA is built to order following your consultation and data analysis, production begins after your profile is complete. The process can take 20 to 30 days.
What are the Essence Profiles and how are they matched to me?
The Essence Profiles are botanical signal compositions integrated into your mattress. They are not fragrances. Six botanical options are selected for their biological function — quieting stress responses, supporting circulation, regulating the nervous system, and deepening recovery. Your essential oil blend will be a mix of essences that are matched to your DNA data. The result is prescribed, not chosen.
